Before the Member State arrives at its choice, it will, except where there is a fast-approaching danger, ask for the support of, or potentially the examiner for their viewpoint, to be conveyed inside multi-week.
For this situation, the competent authority concerned will forthwith inform the other able specialists, the Ethics Committee concerned, the Agency, and the Commission of its choice to suspend or forbid the preliminary, and the explanations behind the choice.
Where the competent authority has objective justification for thinking that the support of the examiner or some other individual engaged with the director of the preliminary no longer meets the commitments set down, it will forthwith inform him thereof, showing the game plan which he should take to cure this situation. The competent authority concerned will forthwith inform the Ethics Committee, the other qualified specialists, and the Commission of this game plan.
